Is there accessible support available for paying customers here? With LastPass, I can't get in touch with anyone and the website just sends me in circles.

Hi, I am having an issue when logging in to LastPass because of MFA. I am using a new phone, so I can't authenticate through the Authenticator app, and the SMS/call option does not work for me (my SIM card is fully functional and I can receive SMS and calls from anyone else). I know the master password, but I am locked out of my account. Could someone from LastPass support help me?

This is a rather popular thread--yesterday was the first time I have needed to log in to my LastPass account in a while.  The Microsoft Authenticator Application was disabled on May 19th, but when I try to log in now, I am still being asked for a Multifactor Authentication Code.

 

I have already sent my email in a support request, but it is rather unnerving to only be able to send an email in to support without any acknowledgement, or sense of how long(or if) a response will be forthcoming.

Hi Ash - lastpass requires me to reverify my email. But there is no email in my inbox and no way to request a resend. Is there a workaround or way to contact Lastpass?
Online you are required to login before you are allows to contact Lastpass - but I can't login without the verification email which Lastpass are not sending.

Something that might help navigate out of the kafakaesc circle jerk of accessing customer support...

 

When you go to an article and scroll down - e.g. 

https://support.lastpass.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=lastpass&topicId=LastPass/FAQ_A...

 

Then there is a red customer support button which you can click that takes you here: 
https://support.lastpass.com/s/contact-support 

Then you can enter your email.

Good morning!! I have the same message that appears in the image. I do not have access to my email because they have deleted it, but I do know the password and I receive the recovery messages from my mobile phone. How can I enter and change the email?

I cannot login to LastPass anymore even if I know my master password. I did an account recovery and it worked but still cannot login.

I'm in the same case. My lastpass authenticator is not linked anymore, so I cannot do anything.  I'm asking for SMS and I don't receive any. Pls, help because I'm stuck and I need desperately the password. I know my master password
