I managed to submit my ticket that I am not able to log in to LastPass and I received this reply:
I was able to access lastpass using my wife's computer who is listed as a family member. Someone called back promptly and tried to help. He asked me to log in. He claimed he couldn't see anything wrong and told me to reset the account, create a new master password and add all the accounts in again. I told him that was unacceptable and angrily mentioned there are many people out there with the same problem. He said he cannot see any others with that problem. I told him they are on the community site because they can't gain access. I have been on the call now 40 minutes begging to escalate the issue. It is now 50 minutes and counting waiting for a supervisor. Clearly these people don't care and are living in a bubble of their own. While on my wife's computer I gained access to my passwords and exported both our accounts passwords to an excel file. Will use that to upload to our new 1password account. I am done with these people. Wait, after 60 minutes I was told that a supervisor will call me this evening. Updates after my call.
I am also unable to login to lastpass. I have not forgotten my master password. When I try to login I get the message: I tried to recover my account and I do receive an email with a recovery link however when I click on the link it says it is expired even though it has only just arrived. I am getting very frustrated as all my work logins are kept in Lastpass and I can not access them. If I can not recover or gain access to my account I will be forced to find an alternative password manager which I don't want to do. Someone please assist. Thanks and regards Sonia
No one is hearing our issues. Very frustrating for all.
I managed to log in right now...with the same credentials i tried in the past few days and i couldn't...crazy !
Now export everything and immediately switch vault !!!!

I just received this email from lastpass.com Support:
It looks like no one in the LastPass Support team knows anything about our problems with login!
I have decided to leave LastPass, but to delete my account I must be able to LOG IN LoL...!!!
I must say that this company is not to be trusted anymore.
LastPass Support sent me the email (see below) to LOG IN to my LastPass account!!!!!!!!!!!!! and if I don't log in until 29 July, they will consider my case resolved!!!!!!
