Cannot login to Lastpass

What number did you call? The rest of us cannot find a way to reach Support.

We are able to log in on our laptops, but both the Android and Apple apps are useless because of this ongoing problem.

This is ridiculous and unacceptable. We will notify the Better Business Bureau and quit too.

I was able to login normally only on my wife’s computer using her password. I reached them quite quickly but they were of no help and told me to reset my account causing loss of all data. I asked to escalate and was told someone would call in 2-3 hours. No one called. The tech I spoke to had no knowledge of this issue saying that their area never sees issues on the community site. He was very disinterested in our problems. So, we’re done with them after 5+ years.

Today I received the same message from LastPass as yesterday:

 They write: 

"login to https://support.lastpass.com/s/case/5008c00001T9P6VAAV and let us know. 

If we do not hear from you by 7/30/2023, we will consider your issue resolved and your case will be automatically closed without any further action from you."

I clicked this link and tried to log in but I could not log in, the website responded:

Ever since the latest update to the extension (on chrome) I haven't been able to login either. That or, me getting a new phone and installing LP on it triggered a force-logout from every device I was logged into for many months.

Either way, this is the last straw. Finally forcing myself to switch to another manager like I should've back in 2021 with the whole free vs premium fiasco.

Now if only exporting the vault worked..

Last week at some point I received 3 of those exact emails. I responded with the same shock. Then in the middle of the night on Fri I got 4 responses 2 that were from the old thread and 2 from new ones. So yesterday I responded to all starting at 9 am. HAVE NOT heard a word. Also I found the notifications for this thread in my spam. Odd. Margaret let's take a min to congratulate ourselves on becoming "active contributors..." Sheesh

I appreciate the thought. I am not doing any facial recognition voluntarily for any entity. Imo it is an invasion of privacy. Yes, I am aware that facial rec is being used all around me. I don't choose to participate even if it will make my life safe and convenient. I don't mean to blast you, appreciate that you passed on info. Congrats on your freedom, I hope to be out soon as well.....

My past experience has been that I could leave them a msg and they would and did call back. Previously I could always log on to 1 device. I believe she was somehow able to access an admin panel, which would then allow her to leave a msg.(best guess)

I am a LP subscriber. However, I cannot login to LP support to request support for the fact that the LP plugin is not working correctly in Firefox. How can I contact support? I've tired emailing. LP helpfully directs you to support.lastpass.com.
