Cannot login to Lastpass

 I also tried several times today to login, im an active premium user, but I will surely cancel my account once i will be able to login.

everytime i try to login it says: You may have mistyped your email address. Try again.

tried from several computers, mobile devices

Also tried the forgot password, and account recovery process, but i dont receive any email from lastpass.

The suggested solution does not work for me.

I've tried multiple times to request support and no answer, no email, no reply, no alternative phone number, nothing.

My PREMIUM account says it's due to expire February 2024.

Not being able to sign in to my lastpass account has caused me SEVERE problems.

I've signed up for a new password manager.  I'm changing going forward.

I NEED ASSISTANCE AND GET NOTHING FROM LASTPASS!!!!!!

For others that are having issues, it's ironic they state they can't find my account when the mobile app says I'm a Premium member that expires Feb 23, 2024.
Still waiting on resolution.

I found no past emails that I missed saying I was in bad standing or was in jeopardy of my account being GONE.

Same situation here, after a master pwd change I'm not able to login anymore and reset link won't work .

Similar issue here:
I am locked out of my account. I KNOW my master password. I was previously using Google Authenticator without any problems. I tried to turn on password-less access in one of my computers, but the application did not allow is because of what I was using for MFA.

I disabled Google Authenticator and setup LastsPass Authenticator "successfully" on my phone, I can get a code on my phone with the LastPass Authenticator, but lastpass will NOT accept the code. I tried multiple times and now the account is locked out.
I cannot even turn off LastPass Authenticator because it keeps telling me that my master password is incorrect. I need to get to my passwords, but the system is not letting me. I HAVE TO disable LastPass Authenticator, apparently this app is buggy, I need to go back to Google Authenticator and forget about password-less access. Please help.

Same problem. Can't login with my master password (mostly everything I do, I do on my phone), to get support on LastPass page, I have to login, which I can't.

Not sure what to do next 😞

Does 1Password have phone support?

With LastPass you cannot call anyone and e-mail support is not available on weekends.
