Hi, I am having an issue when logging in to LastPass because of MFA. I am using a new phone, so I can't authenticate through the Authenticator app, and the SMS/call option does not work for me (my SIM card is fully functional and I can receive SMS and calls from anyone else). I know the master password, but I am locked out of my account. Could someone from LastPass support help me?
This is a rather popular thread--yesterday was the first time I have needed to log in to my LastPass account in a while. The Microsoft Authenticator Application was disabled on May 19th, but when I try to log in now, I am still being asked for a Multifactor Authentication Code.
I have already sent my email in a support request, but it is rather unnerving to only be able to send an email in to support without any acknowledgement, or sense of how long(or if) a response will be forthcoming.
Something that might help navigate out of the kafakaesc circle jerk of accessing customer support...

Then you can enter your email.
Good morning!! I have the same message that appears in the image. I do not have access to my email because they have deleted it, but I do know the password and I receive the recovery messages from my mobile phone. How can I enter and change the email?
I cannot login to LastPass anymore even if I know my master password. I did an account recovery and it worked but still cannot login.
The error returned is:
