Cannot recover account using password hint or recovery options

i recently exported and deleted my account, then recreated my account  but I cannot remember my password .

the error i get when trying to recover is that the Lastpass browser extension hasn't been installed - I have tried account recovery on both Edge and Chrome.

Hi @JiBr,

 

 

If there aren't any sites stored in your account yet, you could instead Reset the account. This will allow you to start over with a new empty Vault and new master password. If you have access to the email address you can reset your account by following these steps https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/reset-your-lastpass-account-lp010066 When asked if you know your Master Password select No.
