Cannot upgrade to Last Pass premium

I had a LastPass Premium account. LassPass downgraded me to a Free account when they didn't accept my automatic payment for renewal that has worked for the last 3 years.


I can't uprade to LastPass Premium. Every time I try, by whatever (logged in or logged out, from the webpage, from my vault, from my account page) means I get this error message


The support article states that I should contact customer support that I cannot access because I am no longer a Premium account holder.


It's strange that LastPass should make this process so difficult.

Could you try scrolling down and clicking Contact Support at the bottom center of this page to create  a request for the support team as they will need to assist to fix this issue?
