I had a LastPass Premium account. LassPass downgraded me to a Free account when they didn't accept my automatic payment for renewal that has worked for the last 3 years.
I can't uprade to LastPass Premium. Every time I try, by whatever (logged in or logged out, from the webpage, from my vault, from my account page) means I get this error message
The support article states that I should contact customer support that I cannot access because I am no longer a Premium account holder.
It's strange that LastPass should make this process so difficult.
