Re: Review your login info and try again.

Hi,

I'm not able to access my account using my password. I checked my account and i don't have an email from LastPass with a verification link. Help!

Re: How to deactivate "Check your credentials" ?

Hello,

thank you very much. I have followed the instruction. It works for 1 day. Even if I delete my data via CCleaner. But if I want to log in again the next day, I have to verify my e-mail address again. I looked again, the check mark is active.

What else could be the reason for this? I don't want to verify my e-mail all the time.

Thank you very much.

Re: How to deactivate "Check your credentials" ?

Hi,

@Rillep by running CCleaner you are most likely deleting the cookie that is being stored on your computer after you verified it, that is why you are being asked to do it again.

You are being asked to verify your identity because we do not recognize the device you are using or the IP address you are trying to sign in from. If you do not see an email at first please check your spam and trash folders. If you set up a Security Email on your LastPass account the verification emails will be sent to it, and not the email address you sign in with.

Re: How to deactivate "Check your credentials" ?

Hi,

@GlennD  is the a new feature? I've used an automatic  cookie deletion app for years while having dynamic IPs.  It was never a problem until a few days ago.

Would you be able to tell what is the usual response time  for support inquiries ? 🙂

Many thanks!

Re: How to deactivate "Check your credentials" ?

@arshie I have reviewed your account and verification emails were sent, I then see that you used account recovery and changed your Master Password and have not been able to sign in successfully since then. You will need to double check how you are entering the new Master Password you created, remember it is case sensitive, must include at least one upper and one lower case letter, number and symbol. If you cannot get the new Master Password to work you can always revert your account to the previous Master Password

Re: Review your login info and try again.

Hi @Rob_R

Did you read my previous reply? Have you set up an email that you can both receive and send email from?

Re: Review your login info and try again.

Hi @GlennD,
Yes, I did. Two days ago (see entry dated - 05-15-2021 04:18 AM).

What sort of timescale for support to contact me?
