Confirm Account Deletion

I'm trying to delete my account. When I went through the normal process, I got an error (screenshot attached). I am now unable to login. I tried following the directions on this page, but after clicking "Send email," I never get an email. I have checked my spam folder.

 

It sort of seems like my account was deleted, I just never got a confirmation? Either on the delete screen, or via email or something. Can someone please confirm that my account, and all associated data has been deleted, and delete everything if not?

Hi @krispharper,

 

I can confirm that your account and data was successfully deleted. The error you saw sometimes happens when the account is being deleted while it is signed in at the time.

@krispharper  Based upon your Community email address, it does look like the deletion event was completed.

Okay, thank you. And that means all the data was deleted as well, right?

Exactly the same thing happened to me and I too would be most appreciative of a confirmation of full deletion.

Hi Glenn–I'm having the same issue as Kris. After seeing the error message, I'd tried to login to LastPass, and I got an error that my email was not recognized. This led me to assume my account had been deleted, but today I received a "Login Attempted Activity Blocked" email. 

Can I confirm my account was deleted? Would the login blocked email be a result of me trying to login with the my email address, even if the account is already supposed to have been closed?
