Hi,
We have noticed some more unusual sign in attempts that signals another Credential Stuffing attack. We are sending email notifications to the accounts that appear to be targeted this time and recommending the account holder change their Master Password. You should also check your accounts to make sure none of them use your old Master Password.
Q: I received the email but I don't remember the Master Password and haven't used the account in a long time. What do I do?
A: You can reset the account through your email, this will wipe the account of all information and let you create a new Master Password so you can start using the account again. Just follow the steps in this support article and when you are asked if you know the Master Password select NO.
Q: I received the email but I don't remember the Master Password and I just want to delete the account?
A: You can delete your LastPass account as long as you have access to the email address. Just follow the steps in this support article.
