Evidently when I changed credit cards, I neglected to update the stored card in Last Pass. So the renewal failed 3 days ago. But now, when I log in it will let me update the billing info, but I'm unable to purchase or upgrade or do anything to get out of "free" mode.
I have one switch (computer vs mobile) left, and since there's no phone support I have no idea how to get this fixed.
How can a product that is this widely used have zero phone support?

Ok, I finally figured this out. You apparently cannot renew or do anything by going through the lastpass icon in the browser, but when I went to the desktop application, I was able to successfully renew that way. What a frustrating experience. That website flow needs some serious work.
