Critical Internal error ccurred

 Hello @GlennD,

 

As many other users in this thread I am also affected and have been completely locked out.

This Is one error message I receive on the desktop application.

The browser application shows the following:

I've sent various e-mails to support yet I have had no answer yet.

 

I've been locked out entirely, I am now aware that this is a system-wide error.

I request assistance.

Hi @pablodelagar 

 

Your error message did not appear to be related to signing in from a new device or IP address so I have made it, it's own topic.  From reviewing your account though I do see that we have been sending you verification emails. I also see that you have set a security email on your account, so if you have not seen a verification email please make sure you are checking the correct email account.

Hello, I've never had to use verification e-mails to login before. these are not being sent to my main account.
I've checked all spam and trash. They are nowhere to be found.

@pablodelagar These are security emails because we do not recognize either the device or the IP address that you are trying to sign in from.

 

As I mentioned, you have a different email address set up on your account for security emails from LastPass (it is not the email you are signing in with), so you will need to check that email address for the verification email from LastPass. If you are having trouble remembering which email you used I can give you this hint, it is a protonmail address.

I don't have access to that e-mail.
This is new to me to verify through this method, this has never happened these last years.

I even have my security key with me but that has been rendered useless. (2FA)

Please some assistance, I've been locked out since the last updates.
