Over the weekend, we downgraded from LastPass Enterprise to Teams. Subsequently , the DUO MFA push prompt no longer appears in Firefox for Mac. I’ve cleared Firefox cache and refreshed firefox, but no luck. It works fine in Safari, FYI. I would consider just using LastPass with Safari, but I have found the plugin is too flakey to be reliable; it frequently doesn't appear on fields for credential filling, so I have to go directly to the vault to manually copy/paste creds. Thanks.
Update: To clarify, a window appears that says DUO Multifactor Authentication, but the authentication options, i.e., PUSH, etc., do not appear embedded in the windows as it normally does.
