Didn't receive SMS or Call for multifactor authentication

From yesterday sms or call for MULTIFACTOR AUTHENTICATION  stopped working (+48668.......)
Not receiving txt and calls. Can't login.

Hi @outofspace,

 

If you have not received an SMS message from LastPass for authentication or account recovery.

You can try any of the following, then attempt to send the SMS message again:

  • Try restarting your phone.
  • Check your phone’s SMS inbox storage and be sure you can receive messages.
  • Verify your phone has good network reception.
  • Verify your phone is not in roaming status.
  • Insert your SIM card into another phone and try to authenticate using a different device.

I did not receive an SMS message from LastPass, 

From yesterday sms or call for MULTIFACTOR AUTHENTICATION  stopped working (+86135…..)
Not receiving txt and calls. Can't login. Its is a problem for me!!! how to restore access to my account ? Its wery uncomfortable. I didn't see anywhere how to reset two-factor authentication and log in to my account!!!!

Is it really impossible to make a more convenient and comfortable support and unlocking service, since this problem is constantly in your program. Very dissatisfied with your software
