Same problem here... on both OSX and Linux. It's now enough of a problem that I tracked down this forum to try and figure out if there's a response.

"Read the FAQ" is what would be considered an unacceptable response for a paid product.

I believe that my workplace has network connections blocked for LastPass somehow. I keep getting the error that the network connection is failing, even though the extension is working fine. I would love if I could either use the extension offline, or if I could choose to not show the network connection error anymore

I've been using the LP Firefox plugin without any problems for some time. As of a couple of days ago, though, I get an error message off and on -- mostly on -- that says "An error occurred while attempting to contact the server. Please check your Internet connection" even though there is actually no problem with my internet connection. I'm not sure, but I think this started when Firefox was updated to 56.0. Are others experiencing this issue? Anything to be done about it?

I am now all of a sudden having this same error Lastpass obviously has an issue. Following their troubleshooting doc for this issue does not resolve the problem. There densest seem to be any way to contact them about this.

It's happening for others in Chrome too, in different OSs: Windows, MacOS, Linux. On Twitter, all Lastpass keeps copy-pasting is "check out this troubleshooting guide" which obviously isn't fixing things, due to the people here and on Twitter.

I'm wondering if this is part of some attack on Lastpass?
