In the Help Center most popular FAQs, number 12 can resolve the issue. I followed the instructions re cookies and white listed Lastpass in my Google Chrome, which I use on my desktop computer. The problem seems to be solved.
This issue is happening to myself and 24 users in our enterprise.... The "fixes" suggested in your knowledgebase article DO NOT WORK. This is bug of some sort. Please fix ASAP or we will take our business elsewhere.
