The Feature Request Forum reports only 1 Accepted recommendation out of over 550 user suggestions.
I understand many may be 1-off requests but the "Archive" tag suggestion has over 50 kudo votes (i.e. other people gave a thumbs-up that they'd support this feature). In addition, I counted at least a half-dozen 1-off requests for something similar. It's not perfect math but 50 votes for one feature in a population of 550 seems a pretty high client-request count, given users must "stumble-upon" this feature suggestion to provide input. My quick scan didn't show any other feature with such high support.
1) It would help to see feature requests sort-able by Kudo-count votes
2) It would be nice to know at least one item made it to the INVESTIGATE category in over 5 years.
3) There seems to be helpful guidance by user @GlennD #GlennD but comments often refers only to what exists and not much exploration / feedback on potential for suggestions.
I'm hoping someone from LastPass Support (hence my post in this category) can confirm that the Product Roadmap team is engaged in considering client input via the Feature Requests forum.
Personally, I dislike false-hope so, if the section is not being used, I'm better accepting a simple message that client input via this forum is not used.
I hope this isn't coming across inappropriately. I love LastPass and have been a Premium member for years and tout it every chance I get. I trust the Roadmap teams does focus groups or use some other mechanism to gather client perspective. I applaud the security and family-related enhancements they've been adding. I want to know how to best input enhancements for the user experience perspective if not in the forum named for such requests.
