Easiest way to log in into mobile devices for senior citizens?

My 80-year old dad can't use fingertip login option in mobile devices, what would be the easiest way of logging in? Using authenticator proves to be difficult too.  Is it possible to use a pinn?

Hi @RR6, welcome to the community.

There is an option to use a 4-6 digit Pin code to unlock the App in Settings > Security. Since he won't be using biometrics which is also used for recovery on mobile, I would recommend that you save a copy of his Master Password in your vault in case he ever needs help signing in and does not remember his password.

Thank you very much, we'll do that. I tried to look for that in your support pages, but couldn't find it. Or may be there was a bit too much information and I didn't have enough time to go through it all. And in some cases I was unsure which details apply to family account and which to business account (eg. shared folders)

May be it would be a good idea to collect tips for senior citizens, since they are on one hand unfamiliar in using these apps and on the other hand in great need for getting digital services as easy as possible.  Would helps us family members as well.
