End of trial and we do not get offered the plan we tried but more expensive plans

Hi,

 

I hope someone can help me solve this problem. We are at the end of our trial of a Teams plan. We liked it but now your system does not offer a Team plan license when we try to buy it and we are at 0 days remaining. It only offers Identity and Enterprise, both of which are significantly more expensive.

 

So we either don't have access to our passwords and can't work anymore or we pay for a plan we don't need, haven't tried and don't want.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
