Error when doing password reset

Tried to reset password for one of our users but got this error:

Your settings couldn't be updated. Try again soon. Error=2

ERROR: J : error suberror=

She's having this error when we are doing a password reset
User is currently locked out. Please action asap.

Are you part of a LastPass Business account? If so, so that the team can investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible, could you reach out to the Business Support team to investigate and fix this for you? You can access the support phone number through your LastPass Admin Console > Support or if you can't access the admin console you can request a callback by scrolling down and clicking "Contact Support" on this page and entering your business account info and you should then be given the option to receive a callback usually within less than 5 minutes: https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/how-do-i-contact-customer-support-for-lastpass-lp010121

Unable to log in after password reset

we have reset user's master password but user is unable to log in

we have tried resetting three times but user is still unable to log in since then

@franzmhoit Did the user check their email like the message says? They may have been sent a verification email to confirm that it is actually them signing in. If they are still having trouble and have already opened a support ticket please provide the ticket number so we can look up the account and see what is happening.
