Export not showing up

Hey,

I'm trying to export the passwords from Lastpass to another account. But the export function is not showing  up. How can I fix this?

Hi @Alexbij, welcome to the community.

It looks like you are part of a Teams account, your admin may have disabled the export option for security. I would recommend checking with your admin.

I have an Admin account, but I cannot access the Admin Console, because we only use the free functionalities.

What could be a solution?

Hi @Alexbij, 

I have opened a support ticket to have your account downgraded to a regular Free plan, that should restore the Export option for you.
