I used to connect to LastPass via my Iphone through face recognition. I then had reason to use my master password via the web site, found that..... I have forgotten it (despite having been convinced it was so brilliantly chosen that I would never forget it!) and ended up getting my account temporarily suspended. After several trials, my account has been suspended and now I discovered that I can recover it using the face recognition. When I try to recover my account with face recognition now, I get the message "Looks like something went wrong. We could not recover your account at this time. Please try again later".
Does anyone know how to get face recognition login back?
