Families Payment not going through, Issues using YubiKey as well

I expose the problem here, since the email support doesn't answer / answer not the designated issue.

@Darkbunny Sorry for the frustration, you should be hearing from someone any time now.

 

@PAVEL-PETRENKO I have looked at your account and it shows that you had a Family plan trial that has expired, what exactly happens when you try to purchase a paid plan through your account?

Please, figure out what is going on asap. 
Free Test Family period was expired. This is correct. But Family Account was payed in full for one year upfront.
And now, I get automated reminder that I MUST PAY one more time !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And what is more catastrophic - you disable YubiKey protection. 
Without YubiKey protection LastPass value == ZERO!
Do you have any estimation for fixing that issue?

Family account was PAID in full, but Family Features still not accessible

Already 3 days as I paid in full for Family Account and in theory should be able to use family features.

 

I have access to my account BUT .............

 

I can't use 2FA by Yubikey.
