Go to the below. Select Contact Support in the bottom. Fill in your name and account email. In the next screen, select submit a billing case in the bottom. Describe your issue, attach your evidence and submit

This is a typical issue, they downgraded me to free user 3 times...literally appalling support from the last pass.
It clearly shows they just don't care about service once they receive subscription amount
