How do I keep "form fills" from displaying?

I'm sorry, as I do not see any info about that.  I'm trying to keep the "payment cards" and "bank accounts" from displaying every time I click on a password or user name field as shown in my original thread.  I was hoping you could point it out in the article if it is there.
