How do I go about contacting support w/o an account? I have no accounts with them but my credit card is being charged. And before I can claim fraud, I have to make contact with support.

I suggest first trying to reset any unknown logins using any / all emails you currently utilize with this support guide. Once that's done, you can reach out to Customer Support to request a refund.
