My account has been compromised and whoever did it changed my master password. I can no longer log in, which means someone has access to allllll my passwords! I cannot recover or reset my password because the SMS authenticator shows my old phone number. How do I get back into my account??
I have reviewed your account and the Master Password has not been changed, it is still the password you set 1 year ago. I do see that we have sent you email to validate your identity as the computer or IP address is not recognized. You will need to click on the link in the most recent email before you can sign in, if the link is no longer valid try to sign in again and new email should be sent to you.
