I CANNOT RETRIEVE MY PASSWORD!

I have a free Last Pass account that I accessed through my cell phone biometrics.

I always accessed this account through biometrics and I was never asked for a master password.

For some reason the biometrics was unregistered and I can't access my account anymore, because I don't have the master password.

I've tried to recover the account in several ways and I can't, it always says "it's not possible".

I'm desperate as all my passwords are in Last Pass.

I need urgent help from support as I don't know what else to do.

Hi @EdgarZuliani_ , welcome to the community.

 

Please be aware that LastPass Support has no knowledge of a user's master password. It is not possible for LastPass Support to reset or change a user's master password if it is forgotten. I have reviewed your account and you last changed your Master Password 8 months ago. Remember, the master password is 12 or more characters long and has at least one upper and lower case letter, number and symbol. It is also case sensitive so you may want to type it out in a text editor to check exactly how it is being entered.
