I can;t login to lastpass with 2FA and no SMS or Call?

Hi,

I can't login to LastPass with 2fa, and I have no received verification code via SMS or call. 

I contact the support team via email, with full detailed info and documents, but no resolution yet.

I have the same issue.  Can anyone help out please.  My ph can log in but my computer wont when I go to the ph app and use the 2FA

I've reviewed both of your posts and LastPass accounts. It also appears you were able to create cases with Customer Support over the weekend. If you don't hear back by Monday, feel free to click my Community name to send a Private Message with your LastPass email address and associated phone number for a status check.

I have sent a private message with detailed info to you. I have received a response but it says "They didn't hear from me, but I did send in a replay". Also, I will send a new private message with the list of Threads of cases none of which have been resolved since May 27.

I apologize for the delay. It looks like your case is actively being investigated by Customer Support. If you receive a follow up email and your issue is not resolved, please reply directly back to the support email with additional details or the best time to reach you by phone. 

For others who cannot log in due to MFA failures, this Support Article will allow you to create an email case for follow up. Click the 'Contact' button in the middle of that article if none of the troubleshooting steps are successful.

If you're unable to receive SMS 2FA or Recovery messages for any reason, you can still create a case for Customer Support to investigate through this support article.  Just make sure you click the 'Contact' button in the middle of the page there, and not the bottom (we're still updating the contact flows currently).

Finally, thank you for processing my request.

To correct the report, the reason I didn't receive an SMS/Call to my phone number was not updating to a new phone number, after login, I found my previous phone number saved for a while. That why.

I have the same issue and have an urgent need to get into LastPass. I have hit the Contact button and it indicated a case was submitted. How long will it take to get a response? Is there any way to contact someone directly to resolve this?

Hi, I received an e-mail for account recovery. 

I was only able to go through part of this process.

When using this procedure I am given the option to either use a single use password for account recovery or not.


Selecting Yes (Ja) results in a log in window where I have to use MFA.. Which is the problem in the first place.

Once again the SMS does not arrive, unlike earlier in the account recovery procedure.

Selecting No (Nee) results in a message stating I do not have the Lastpass authenticator app installed. Which I obviously do. You can see it in the image below.

So basically, I'm still stuck.
