I can;t login to lastpass with 2FA and no SMS or Call?

Hi Ash, my lastpass was working fine past 7 years.  Unfortunately the lastpass 2factor authentication using authenticator app and sms not working. I am not receiving any SMS or call from lastpass. I am stuck now. I cannot access my personal account. Please help

My best suggestion-I was in your same situation, have been a sub for about 5 yrs -same no problems.
I FINALLY got something accomplished when I followed last past on facebook and them sent them an IM. I still took a couple of days-considering the whole ordeal went on for a month.....those 2 days were worth it I wish I would have done so sooner.. As soon as you access go to advanced settings and export an excel/google sheets of your accounts. I have not changed yet. Really I don't need the stupid 2FA on this account I live alone, I don't travel with my computer. So I am looking . The frustrating thing is this has been going on since May...I would have thought they would have gotten better at it. Good luck!

Same problem, I cannot login.  My MFA features need to be deactivated. 

I know my master password, but since getting a new phone the LastPass MFA app does not work.  Neither SMS  messages nor phone calls with access codes are received (even after deleting all blocked phone numbers from my phone).  My cell phone number has not changed. Face recognition does not work either.  I do not have a one-time pw. 

Support case # 02412626 was opened days ago and an email from LastPass indicates the issue has been resolved, but it has not. The email suggests I login for "further assistance".  Really?!  I cannot login. 

@AshC, SOMEONE, PLEASE HELP.

I’d reply to the email if you haven’t already, there is history there they should be able to refer to. I had weeks of emails after my issue was resolved because I wanted someone to call me before turning MFA back on in case of any problems.

I think they might be working on MFA if this recent email is any indication:

How do I create a case with support if I can't login? I've misplaced my master password and none of the recover options will work. My phone Face ID says it's temporarily not working, the recovery code says expired immediately. The red 'get help with logging in' button in these articles aren't working at all. And to contact Support it tells me to log in. Please help, I'm locked out of everything because I've been a longtime LP user and have everything stored with you.

Definitely would do that if there was a phone number listed anywhere. That link you sent doesn't have a phone number listed.
