Hi Ash, my lastpass was working fine past 7 years. Unfortunately the lastpass 2factor authentication using authenticator app and sms not working. I am not receiving any SMS or call from lastpass. I am stuck now. I cannot access my personal account. Please help
Same problem, I cannot login. My MFA features need to be deactivated.
I know my master password, but since getting a new phone the LastPass MFA app does not work. Neither SMS messages nor phone calls with access codes are received (even after deleting all blocked phone numbers from my phone). My cell phone number has not changed. Face recognition does not work either. I do not have a one-time pw.
Support case # 02412626 was opened days ago and an email from LastPass indicates the issue has been resolved, but it has not. The email suggests I login for "further assistance". Really?! I cannot login.

How do I create a case with support if I can't login? I've misplaced my master password and none of the recover options will work. My phone Face ID says it's temporarily not working, the recovery code says expired immediately. The red 'get help with logging in' button in these articles aren't working at all. And to contact Support it tells me to log in. Please help, I'm locked out of everything because I've been a longtime LP user and have everything stored with you.
