Sorry to hear you are on the merry go round! There are smarter people in this thread than me (@AshC_LP can check within LastPass if tickets have been raised etc.), I am just a user that had the same problem as you. If you are clicking on the right spot then I can see why you have considered if the email address could the problem. Have you been getting communications from LastPass via email recently? I’ve been getting lots about upgrades in the last few weeks.
From memory it took Lastpass more than a day to respond, it might have been 2 days (time zones often add a day as I am in Australia). Junk mail filters can often be a culprit too - make sure you have support-replies@lastpass.com added to your safe senders list.
