I tried to switch from Families (I thought my wife would join, but she didn't) back to premium, which I paid for in June, but now my account is marked as free. (I have had a premium account for a few years.) I sent a message to support but have not heard anything back. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I would like full use of the service.
