I apologize for any frustration. I have reviewed your support ticket and the screenshots you uploaded, the message only says that your session has expired so you should be able to sign into the LastPass browser extension to start a new session. Your account is showing as a Premium plan and I do not see any failed sign ins, could you provide some more details about the issue you are experiencing?
That is the issue, once I log in to my mobile it kicks me out of my laptop. That was the reason why I paid for the subscription so that it will allow me to log on to multiple devices. It's not allowing me to do that.
I've reviewed your account and see you have a setting enabled to log you out of LastPass when logging in on another device. Could you change this setting following the steps below to see if it fixes this problem?
LastPass offers access across two device types – computers (including all browsers running on desktops and laptops) or mobile devices (including mobile phones, smart watches, and tablets). Starting March 16th, 2021, LastPass Free will only include access on unlimited devices of one type.
