Recently was trying to figure out issues on my girlfriend's PC, decided to use ccleaner to clean out everything which deleted her cookies. Problem is when she now tries to log back into lastpass she needs to use either the authenticator app, which needs her to use the authenticator app to use, or to send a code through SMS to a number she no longer has.
Is she now SOL? Will this finally be the nail in the coffin to have her switch off this **bleep**ty service? Or is there some way to fix this? She still knows the master password.
