Keep LP Off My Portable Devices

I used to use LP in Chrome on my desktop only, but now the extension appears on all my laptops as well. Is there a way to keep LP logged in on only my desktop?

Make sure extension syncing is disabled in your Chrome sync settings.

I tried disabling extensions from syncing, and disabled LP on my laptop, but then found it was disabled on my desktop as well.

Although this could well be because I had a Chrome browser open on both devices at the time...

I'll try restarting Chrome and see if it sticks.

After disabling sync, and setting each computer's Chrome browser where I wanted it, and closing Chrome, and restarting all the machines, it now seems to be working like I want. LP is only enabled on my desktop, and not on my laptops.
