Cannot login to LastPass App for Mac/Safari

I tried the uninstall and then install.   No change.    I  can use Last pass with Chrome but not with Safari.   OS/X Lastpass menu also shows "Login to Lastpass" where your example says "Log Out".   Safari extension menu shows login window which when trying to login just blanks after 10 plus seconds of spinning.

What OS version (Apple Menu > About) are you using along with the processor (M1 / Intel)?

I'm using a MacBook Pro on macOS Ventura 13.3.1 with an Apple M1 Pro chip.

I have the same issue and I see that there are lots of people that do too (from searching).

Here is my configuration:

Macbook Pro, 16-inch 2023, Apple M2 Max chip, 96GB memory, Max OS: Ventura 13.3.1

I've had this for weeks. It's super annoying that I cannot use the Last Pass desktop as a paying customer.

I just see the spinning safe after I enter my username and password. 

I've uninstalled the app, restarted, reinstalled, etc. Just a waste of time.

According to Reddit, you know about this and you are fixing. Is that true? When will I have access to lastpass again?

Are you using any king of Multi Factor Authentication (e.g. LastPass Authenticator,  DUO...)?

We are trying to reproduce the issue but no luck so far. I myself have a M1 Mac on Ventura 13.3.1 and I dont have the issue.

Yes, I use the LastPass Authenticator. It is triggered by my login request and I approve on my iPhone.

Thank you. I tried to repro with LP Auth and the login worked for me.

At this point, I would recommend you to contact support so they can troubleshoot with you and gather the appropriate information. I tried to login to the support site just now and it works fine for me.

Sigh… back to square one.

I am having the same problem.   I filed a ticket with LastPass and followed all the suggestions.  No resolution yet.  Are you using an M1 Mac?  I have to believe it is something unique about M1 Macs or something else since the issue doesn't seem to be happening to all Macs.

My Mac is:

• 13-Inch, M1, 2020
• 16 MB
• MacOS 13.3.1 (a)
• LastPass for MacOS Version 4.115.0 (1319)

The Chrome Add-in still works for me and also as you pointed out it still works on my phone etc.

Let's gather as much info as we can so that the lastPass developers can fix this issue.
