I have a client of mine who is having issues using the LastPass add-on in IE. It works on chrome how ever the portal shes using only displays correctly within IE and they are requesting that IE has the access of LastPass. The log in process is federated using O365 credentials, when we enter in her email it should auto log her into the LastPass but instead it keeps crashing IE. See attached screenshots with IE version Winver and the error displayed within IE.
Could you try uninstalling the LastPass extension, then reinstalling from here via the LastPass Universal Windows Installer? https://lastpass.com/misc_download2.php
Please note that the LastPass IE web browser extension only receives security updates, compatibility fixes, and technical support, but does not receive new LastPass feature enhancements as it is currently in maintenance mode per Microsoft.
