I've checked the account and could see there was a recent master password change and some verification emails were sent, did you receive those emails? Were you able to access?

i received the email, but when i click "recover my account", the link always show expires or invalid. i tried 4 days, but no success. i redo my password, then i used my original password, but still no success.
could you please help?
@KarolH_LP I have the same issue - my password doesn't work, and when I try to recover it, after entering the sms code I always see:
ERROR : The link has expired or is invalid. Please generate a new link and try again.
