LastPass - How to enable account using provisioning api

Hi Team,

I would like to know whether disabled account can be enabled back. Is there any provisioning api available?

Referred document below but could not find REST api for user enablement.

Also to delete account with deleteaction=0 disables the account. How to enable it using provisioning api?
