Without making any changes to my vault recently, there are a number of passwords that are now blank (user name, password, folder, and name). What's going on?!?!?

Thanks. I did try all the steps and reverting the account to my previous master password ended up working. Unfortunately, and extremely aggravatingly, this wiped out the month of work I did to change and organize all 200+ of my passwords. So, all the passwords I now have stored are wrong and I need to reset my passwords all over again. To say I'm extremely frustrated is an understatement!!
