LastPass changed my password ???

Okay I had to open another account to post this,but I had LP for the last 5 years with the same PW and suddenly I could not login anymore.I try to recover it via email link and had the same problem.

Can someone please let me know get my PW's back.I tried Safari/IE/Firefox Mac & Windows 7 NOTHING !!!

Like I said before my PW for some unknown reason stopped working one day,it was a pretty easy PW I didn't forget it but it was weird.So I tried the Recovery Help with the email link

I got this:

You recently notified us that you forgot your LastPass Master Password. To help remind you of your password, please use the below information

Your LastPass Email Address :
xxxxxxx@yahoo.com

Your LastPass Password Hint :


So after I clicked on the link on the email to recover my account,this shows up.

WARNING: No disabled OTPs were found for your account. This means that account recovery likely will not work!
An email has been sent to you at xxxxx@yahoo.com with instructions on how to enable your local one time password for account recovery.

So now I go back to my email and see this:

LastPass Account Recovery Request
Hi,

You recently notified us that you forgot your LastPass Master Password and want to use LastPass Account Recovery to regain access to your account. To do so, click on the below link:

Activate LastPass Account Recovery

The above link will stop working in 2 hours.


So I click on the link and this is next:

You will now be brought to your online vault where you will be prompted to change your password.
Press To Recover Account


So when I press the button to recover the account it says "Your login failed. Please try again later.
Invalid password!"


Confused how can I recover my account ? Thanks in advance.

Well something weird just happened,so I was logged OFF the extension icon on browser was dark gray,so I tried the password again,this time worked,let me in one site unlocking it,then a second later the icon turned yellow and said "wrong password"


Does anyone knows how can get in touch with LastPass customer service ?
