I see that your LastPass account is part of a LastPass Enterprise account and this issue is most likely related to the Azure Provisioning your LastPass administrator has enabled for your account. Please reach out to your LastPass admin (or your IT department) for help with this issue when signing in to LastPass. If your LastPass administrator needs to reach out to the LastPass support team directly, they can do so by phone. They can access the Enterprise support number through their LastPass Admin Console > Support.
