LastPass won't stay logged in/extension window closes quickly

I upgraded from the free version to the premium version - 


I can log in, but the app only stays open for a few seconds and closes.  


I  know the app is working in the background, because as I log into my accounts (i.e., Bank, Netflix) I'm automatically provided the option to add the password to Last Pass


But I can't get the window to stay open to review passwords

Could you try uninstalling the LastPass app or browser extension, then reinstalling from here: to see if it fixes this issue?
