Lastpass Authenticator "Authentication failed" error. Can only login in offline mode.

Hi,

I was prompted to update my multifactor authentication in the LastPass Browser Extension last week. I use LastPass Authenticator for MFA. I went through the process, which I thought was successful. Now, when I try to login to LastPass, I get the prompt to complete MFA and I get the push notification from LastPass Authenticator, however when I click accept, I get an "Authentication failed" error message. I've also tried using the passcode but get a "Multifactor Authentication Failed" message.

I can login on mobile using offline mode and my master password, but I can't login to the desktop app or the browser extension. I also can't adjust any settings or add any new passwords.

I tried using the "Request help logging in" button on this page, but I never received an email.

I would appreciate help with this.
