Hi! Anyone upgraded to Firefox 89.0 and lastpass extension disappear? Were you able to find a solution/workaround?
That's what happened to me just now. I tried downloading the extension from Firefox; however, is shows "download failed".
When I log in to Lastpass website, it remains stuck in loading even when I verified the privacy and security settings to make sure the site not being blocked.
Cheers for the attention!
Please check your Firefox extensions to see if the LastPass extension is installed, but may not be pinned to your toolbar. Here's a third-party guide I found for how to pin an extension to your Firefox toolbar: https://www.howtogeek.com/699165/how-to-choose-which-extensions-appear-on-the-firefox-toolbar/
If the extension isn't installed at all, here's a third party guide I found for troubleshooting steps to try and how to fix the "Download Failed" message in Firefox: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Unable_to_save_or_download_files
Hi Rachel, while I appreciate your reply, your recommendations do not address what I asked specifically in the original message. The second link you attached looks very outdated, so I am not sure if you truly understood my issues.
As mentioned, upon upgrading to Firefox 89, the Lastpass extension disappeared in the extensions list, hence there is no way of pinning it to the toolbar. When, I attempt to download it, an error message.
If you've tried the steps linked above and none have fixed the issue, please try uninstalling the Firefox browser, then re-downloading and then downloading the LastPass extension from here: https://lastpass.com/download/
Rachel, uninstalling and installing Firefox is common sense first-level troubleshooting; something that I have already done. I came to this forum looking for solutions beyond that. If you cannot assist any further than the solutions you have presented thus far, please allow others in the community who can.
