Launch button missing on Vault item

I just input a new address/password into my vault. on the image where it usually shows launch when i hover it over is blank for this site. is there anyone that can help me?

Could you try logging out and then logging back in to your Vault to see if the Launch button then shows? If not, could you try these steps to see if it resolves the issue?


  • Click the LastPass icon in your web browser toolbar.
  • Go to Account Options or click your email at the bottom of this menu > Advanced > Refresh Sites then Clear Local Cache.
  • Log out and log back in to your LastPass account.
