I don't even know what I should do.
I still have to log in if I need to contact customer service.
Totally disappointed with LastPass service.
I have exactly the same problem. I don't receive a verification email since three days and don't see any chance to access the customer service on any other way. Absolutley desperate!! What can I do???
I am also having the same issue. The password I am using is definitely correct, but my issues started when I tried to login while on holiday, from that point it won't let me login, says it is sending verification emails and they never come through.

Same issue here! I feel like an idiot for staying with these people. The instructions they give are crap. I know I'm entering my new master password correctly based on my hint. Now hackers probably have more access to my passwords than "I" do!

If you cannot log in due to the verification email not being received or recovery SMS failure, please use the first contact button on this page (not the one at the very bottom) to create a support request for email follow up.
If there are any problems, you can click my Community name to send a private message with your LastPass email address and phone number, with a description of the errors you are encountering.
