I still have to log in if I need to contact customer service.
Totally disappointed with LastPass service.
I have exactly the same problem. I don't receive a verification email since three days and don't see any chance to access the customer service on any other way. Absolutley desperate!! What can I do???
I am also having the same issue. The password I am using is definitely correct, but my issues started when I tried to login while on holiday, from that point it won't let me login, says it is sending verification emails and they never come through.

Unfortunately I don't think they really care about customers who cannot log in to LastPass.
I have moved my vault to another provider but if your subscription is still active, I think it's better to the lawyer instead 😞
Same issue here! I feel like an idiot for staying with these people. The instructions they give are crap. I know I'm entering my new master password correctly based on my hint. Now hackers probably have more access to my passwords than "I" do!
