When I login into my LastPass account using Safari on my 2018 iPad Pro, displays no records—no passwords, no bank accounts, no notes, etc. I’ve deleted the cache for LastPass.com under Safari’s Advanced settings, but no records are displayed. When I use another browser on the iPad, I have no problems accessing the data in my LastPass account. I’m on iPadOS 15.6.1.
Hi @philrodo
You may need to manually sync the data there, by following these instructions: https://support.lastpass.com/help/how-do-i-manually-sync-my-lastpass-account-data
Thanks. But when I log into my account and go to advanced settings, I see no option to Refresh Sites.
However, I noticed that my LastPass extension icon in the toolbar, is blue not red, And when I tap on the blue extension icon, and then tap on the settings wheel and tap on troubleshooting, I get the options to refresh my vault or clear the cache, but tapping on either option opens a window with the option to open my vault; the LadtPass app then opens, but nothing happens in my Safari session where no passwords are displayed. This is really strange and it only happens on my iPad, though it once also happened on my iMac, but it eventually refreshed and I was able to access the passwords in Safari.
