Okay, so I reformatted my hard drive, can't get my master password correct, and resetting using face ID on my phone is not working. Fine fine fine, there's nothing anyone can do. The question is, how do I stop paying for it? I don't want my passwords, just don't want to pay a subscription for a service I'm eternally locked out of.

As long as you have access to your email you can reset your account and create new Master Password and sign in. From there you can either start over or cancel your subscription.
